4. Intellectual Property

Our IP: All content, designs, code, and materials created by Ahmix Solutions that are not specifically commissioned by you remain our intellectual property.

Client IP: Upon full payment, you will own the deliverables specifically created for your project as outlined in the statement of work, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Payment Terms

• Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the agreement
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee:

• Specific rankings or traffic results for SEO services
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of developed software
• Compatibility with all third-party services or systems

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ahmix Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Either party may terminate a project engagement as specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, you will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
